I became interested in Japan while watching various Japanese cultural industries being popular in Korea. And after studying Japanese, I felt that there was more difference in understanding of works and media than when I didn't know them. So I want to understand Japan better while living in Japan.
I want to improve my Japanese language skills in Japan and work using Japanese even when I come back to Korea. Therefore, I would like to make exchanges between Korea and Japan more active. After graduating in Korea, I want to become a librarian and manage Japanese literature.
At Konan Women's University, I would like to take classes that I didn't study at a Korean university. In the digital age, I'm interested in information media classes. I'd like to take a video production class. And I would like to learn writing and conversation in Japanese class. I aim for the high point of JLPTN1.
Finally, I would like to become a more creative person by expanding my range of thinking while coming into contact with various different cultures in Japan.
Thanks to everyone's kind help from the day I came to Japan, I quickly got used to my new life. My school teacher helped me experience activities in areas I am interested in besides classes. So I am working as an event staff at Ashiya City Library. I think it will be a good experience. I studied Japanese Language Proficiency Test, conversation and composition for foreign students. I think it's good to be able to study various Japanese. Furthermore, teachers from other general classes which were not only for foreign students kindly taught me about school and class. The school facilities were well equipped and I could experience many things. I took golf classes at the golf course this semester. I think it's an important experience that Korean schools cannot have. Furthermore, I experienced Japanese culture such as making Japanese sweets and tea. So I had a Korean language service program called TSL at school, and through this activity I interacted with my Japanese friends. I made many good Japanese friends. Finally, I often went to famous tourist attractions in Japan. It was fun. I'm making a lot of unforgettable memories.
I spent a happy year studying abroad. I had a lot of experience and it cost a lot of money, but thanks to HUMAP, it was helpful. When I started studying abroad, I couldn't speak Japanese well, and I was often in trouble. However, now that I have finished studying abroad, I am very happy to be able to speak Japanese naturally. After living alone for a year, I also improved my ability to solve problems by myself even if my parents didn't help me. I worked part-time in Japan and had a career abroad. My goal from now on is to have a Japanese Language Proficiency Qualification and work as a translator for Japan and South Korea. And I would like to get a job at a company that interacts with Japan and a Japanese company. After living abroad, my world has expanded further. I met many different people, changed my way of thinking and values in a good way, and came to understand and accept people and cultures that were different from me. While I had a lot of new experiences, I also learned a lot about myself that I didn't know. I tried everything I wanted to try without hesitation, so I have no regrets. I made many happy and unforgettable memories in Japan. I will not forget what I learned through this study abroad life, and I will continue to have various experiences and learn various things.
