During the two years I studied Japanese in college, I always learned about Japan just from textbooks or literature. However, since I have never been to Japan, I have not been able to experience Japanese culture and understand Japanese society. As a Japanese major, I think it is extremely important to know the real Japan. So I seized the opportunity to study in Japan as an exchange student.
I want to cherish this opportunity to absorb more knowledge. And I think communicating with Japanese or other foreigners can improve cross-cultural communication skills. Besides , leaving my own country to challenge new things is a valuable experience in my life.And going out into the wider world might also change the way I think about things. This will be of great help to my future work or life.
I want to study abroad, hone my own ability, and then to become a bridge of friendly exchanges between China and Japan, become a contribution to the society.

Before I knew it, I had been living in Japan for eight months. I gained valuable experience during these eight months.
Thanks to the help of teachers and classmates, my study is going well. I took a lot of courses in Japanese and Japanese literature . I have deepened my understanding of Japanese and Japanese culture. This year, I also took German courses that I am interested in. It is a blessing to have such a wide range of courses at Kobe College.
Besides attending classes, I also took part in many other activities. I attended the speech conference offered by Takarazukashi and communicated with the association and other foreigners at the activities. I also used the seisyun 18 to travel around Japan on my own and met a lot of people. I started to cook in the dormitory, and now I can cook food that I am satisfied with.
By studying in Japan, I not only improve my Japanese language ability, but also explore my future path by exploring what I am interested in and communicating with people with different ideas. This is really a valuable life lesson.

It has been almost a month since I returned to China. China has started a new semester and I have started to write my graduation thesis. Thanks to my experience in Japan, I found an interesting theme.
My Japanese has been improved in classes at kobe college, so I can say what I want to say when I talk to Japanese . Also, I was moved by the serious attitude of Japanese towards things, and my way of thinking had also changed.
In Japan, I made friends, played and interacted with people from all over the world, not only Japanese but also koreans, americans and filipinos. Thanks to this, my horizons were widened and I had good memories. Every time I think about my life in Japan, I feel warm.
From now on, I want to look for a job while writing my graduation thesis. I would like to use the knowledge I gained in Japan to do my best in both fields. Then, I will try my best to be an excellent interpreter in the future.
When will I go to Japan again, I will meet my old friends and chat with them again.
