My major at university was Japanese. As I study Japanese, I started feeling like learning more about Japanese culture, speaking Japanese-like Japanese and speaking it better. I wanted to experience Japan by myself. That's why I decided to study abroad.

Studying abroad does not mean just studying at school. Studying abroad means living alone, studying abroad, working part-time, and even if various difficulties arise, you have to work hard to overcome them by yourself. Luckily, at such times, not to mention my friends, but also strangers came to help me, which was a great support for me to face forward. During my study abroad, I was able to homestay and experience the real life of Japanese people, participate in traditional Japanese events such as New Year holidays and festivals, and interact with Japanese students in various ways. They were really valuable experiences.

By studying in Japan, improved I not only my Japanese ability, but also understood Japanese society and experienced various Japanese cultures. And I had a chance to communicate directly with Japanese students, who patiently answered my many questions so far. Therefore, I have deepened my understanding of Japan. And I was aware of the importance of communication in my experience of studying abroad. If people do not interact, it is difficult to get them to understand each other. In the future, I will make my own efforts to promote communication between Japan and China.
